Fitzrovia Chapel
There can be few more amazing venues to hold your non-religious wedding or civil partnership than the Fitzrovia Chapel. Centrally located, yet intimate and unique in flavour, the Grade II*-listed, nineteenth century chapel exudes grace, beauty, history and Gothic charm. When you walk through the little wooden door into a baroque masterpiece, you’ll discover that the chapel is truly the kind of place where memories are made.
Until you step inside, you won’t believe how such a sumptuous building can be tucked away right in the heart of London. With its marble floor, ornate colours and mosaics, the chapel is also surrounded by beautiful stained glass windows. The architecture was inspired by the buildings of north Germany and Italy. There are 153 stars in the golden ceiling which shimmer depending on the light that infuses the interior of the chapel.
We’d love you to see the chapel for yourself. We hold individual wedding tours for anyone who is looking for a unique venue for their ceremony. If you’d like to book a wedding tour of the magnificent chapel, please email our wedding coordinator at info@fitzroviachapel.org or phone us on +44 (0)20 3409 9895.
